You can apply online for a one-time payment for Ukraine's Independence Day
Most recipients will receive the funds automatically
Citizens who are entitled to a one-time cash payment for Ukraine’s Independence Day and obtain the relevant status by 24 August 2026 can submit an application through the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region.
Most recipients do not need to contact the Pension Fund — the payment will be made automatically.
Citizens who are not pensioners, do not receive a housing subsidy or benefits for paying housing and communal services, and are not serving in the military must submit the application themselves.
To arrange the payment online you must:
- log in to the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s web portal using a qualified electronic signature;
- fill out the electronic application;
- attach scanned copies of documents that confirm the right to the payment;
- sign and submit the application.
The status of the application review can be checked in the section “My requests” on the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s web portal.
As reported on the official website of the Pension Fund
