Death toll has risen: a train plowed into a minibus

In the town of Kvasyliv in Rivne district a train collided with a route bus. According to preliminary data, four people were killed, and others were injured. This was reported on July 2 2026 by the police of the Rivne region.

The road traffic accident occurred at about 13:55. At first, law enforcement reported three dead, but later clarified that the number of victims rose to four. The injured are receiving necessary medical assistance. Information about their number and condition has not yet been released.

Police and all emergency services are working at the scene of the tragedy. The circumstances and causes of the collision are being established.
