German partners handed over five pickup trucks to Mykolaiv for municipal services
The total value of support from THW exceeded 50 million hryvnias
Mykolaiv received five vehicles from the Federal Agency for Technical Relief of Germany (THW). The new vehicles will be used to support the daily work of city services.
This was reported by the Mykolaiv City Council on 29 June 2026.
The city has been cooperating with the German organization since 2022. During this time the community has already received vehicles, generators and other necessary equipment from its partners.
Since the beginning of 2026 alone, the total amount of aid provided to Mykolaiv by the THW agency has exceeded 50 million hryvnias.
The cooperation between the city and the international organization is coordinated by the Mykolaiv Development Agency.
The mayor, Oleksandr Senkevych, thanked the German partners for their systematic support of the city. According to the city council, the received vehicles will help ensure the stable operation of city services and the provision of services to the residents of Mykolaiv.
