Kim: the enemy in Mykolaiv Oblast is striking gas stations and vehicles, copying our strikes on oil refineries
The occupiers attempted to strike Ochakiv with guided aerial bombs but missed; they promise to restore the damaged power line quickly
Russian forces have changed their approach to shelling in the Mykolaiv region, focusing on civilian infrastructure and attempting strikes with guided aerial bombs on towns in the region; this was reported on the air of Novyny.Live by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim, noting that over the past day there were no fatalities or casualties.
“The enemy has slightly changed tactics; he is now attacking civilian objects, so to speak. That is, vehicles and some gas stations are now being hit. The enemy is trying to copy our tactics: we strike their refineries, and they strike our gas stations,” — said Vitaliy Kim.
The official clarified that despite the increased risks to the civilian sector, over the past day it was possible to avoid human losses and injuries among the region’s population.
“They knocked out one power line, only 85 consumers in total, it will be restored. They also tried to hit Ochakiv with KABs. They did not hit, but the attempt was made,” — summarized Vitaliy Kim.
According to him, the damage to the power network affected a limited number of subscribers, and repair crews are already working to restore power supply.
