10 protocols in five days: why informal street trading in Korabelny isn't disappearing
The administration's specialists once again carried out raids to counter illegal street trading
In the Korabelnyi District of Mykolaiv, raids against illegal street trading were carried out again. Inspections took place from June 1 to 5, 2026.
Specialists from the Department for Trade and Entrepreneurship Coordination of the administration of the Korabelnyi District carried out inspections of illegal trading sites.
The aim of these raids is to prevent the placement of unauthorized trading structures within the district.
Inspections were carried out at the addresses: Samoylovycha St., 24, Metalurhiv St., 28-36, Okeanivska St., 14, Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 311, Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 342.
As a result of the operation, 10 reports were drawn up under Art. 152 of the Code of Ukraine “On Administrative Offences”. These concern violations of state standards, norms and rules in the field of settlement improvement, as well as rules governing territory upkeep.
Materials for bringing the offenders to administrative responsibility were sent to the administrative commissions at the places of residence of the individuals.
