Nine FPV attacks in a day: Russians once again kept communities in the Mykolaiv region in fear

According to the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration (Mykolaiv OVA), as of the morning of June 1, 2026, enemy attacks were again recorded in the region over the past day. Combat operations continued in the area; however, preliminary information indicates there were no casualties.

In the Mykolaiv district, Russian forces during the day used FPV drones nine times against the territory of the Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities. As a result of one of the strikes in the village of Dmytrivka, a private residential house was damaged. According to the OVA, there are no civilian casualties.

Such attacks on the region’s coastal communities have become an almost daily threat: Russian occupiers continue to strike civilian settlements where people and their homes remain.
