The enemy continues to strike civilian communities: morning briefing of the Regional Military Administration

As of the morning of 28 May 2026, the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration reported on the situation in the region after another day of Russian attacks.

According to the Mykolaiv RMA, combat operations took place in the region during the day and night. At the time of the morning report, no information had been received about damage or casualties.

Separately, the RMA reported on the situation in the Mykolaiv district. According to official information, yesterday Russian forces struck the Ochakiv community, reportedly with MLRS. According to the regional military administration, there were no casualties as a result of these strikes.

Despite the lack of information about destruction or injuries, the coastal communities of the Mykolaiv region remain under a constant threat of Russian attacks. The enemy continues to terrorize civilian areas, using various types of weapons against settlements where civilians remain.
