During the working week, from May 18 to 22 2026 in the Korablenyi district of the city of Mykolaiv inspections of streets in the private sector were carried out.
The checks concerned the proper sanitary condition of the areas and compliance with the city of Mykolaiv’s improvement rules.
As a result of the raids, they drew up 2 protocols under Art. 152 of the Code of Ukraine“On Administrative Offenses”. Residents were also given 17 warnings.
This concerns violations of the city’s improvement rules, which may relate to sanitary maintenance of adjacent territories, garbage, cluttering, lack of proper upkeep of areas around properties, and other requirements stipulated by the city’s regulations.
