The children’s playground in the courtyard of the apartment building was under renovation for almost five months

Nearly five months passed between a resident of the Korabelnyi District contacting the city authorities about the condition of her courtyard and the municipal enterprise reporting that repairs had been completed. The work concerned the area near buildings No. 107 and No. 109 on Oleh Olzhych Street in Mykolaiv.

On June 3, 2026, Kateryna Barsuk contacted the Contact Center at Mykolaiv City Council, asking it to look into the condition of the playground, courtyard, and internal courtyard roads. In her message, she wrote:

“Good morning! I ask the city authorities to look into the condition of the playground, courtyard, and roads inside the courtyard at 107 and 109 Oleh Olzhych Street. We are waiting for the city authorities to respond!!!”

A response from the municipal enterprise “Sole Customer Directorate ‘Pilot’” appeared in the comments under the message only on October 20, 2026. The enterprise reported that the repairs had been completed. Thus, 139 days — more than four and a half months passed between the resident’s request and the report that the work had been done.

However, the municipal enterprise’s response does not make clear exactly when the work began and ended, what was repaired, or whether the repairs covered all the problem areas mentioned in the request.
