President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported that the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine has received new internal Russian documents assessing Russia’s losses due to the war and sanctions pressure.

According to the head of state, this is internal analytics from Russia itself, which the Kremlin is trying to hide both from the international community and from its own population.

One of the main indicators of the problems the president named was the situation in the oil sector. According to the documents, a single Russian oil company has already been forced to close about 400 oil wells.

Also, according to Volodymyr Zelensky, Russia has recorded a reduction in oil refining of at least 10% in just a few months of the current year.

The president emphasized that Ukraine’s long-range sanctions are producing results, so Ukraine will continue to strengthen this line of work.

Separately, the documents describe problems in Russia’s banking system. According to the figures cited by the president, 11 financial institutions are already preparing for complete liquidation, and another 8 banks have accumulated critical problems that cannot be resolved without external financing.

In addition, the Russian budget deficit, according to the president, has reached nearly 80 billion dollars.

Also, Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Oleh Luhovskyi to publish information about Russia’s attempts to circumvent international sanctions through cooperation with foreign companies.

In particular, Ukraine has recorded attempts to illegally export grain from occupied Crimea and other schemes to exploit the peninsula involving entities from the USA.
