Ukrainians were reminded: unused "National Cashback" will be returned to the state after June 30
Money can be used for utilities, medication, and donations
The Ministry of Economy reminded Ukrainians that funds accumulated on “National Cashback” cards must be used by June 30, 2026 inclusive. Money not used by the end of the day on June 30 will be returned to the state budget.
At the same time, the “National Cashback” program will continue to operate without changes. Funds for purchases of Ukrainian goods will continue to be credited in the usual format — after the 20th of the following month for the previous month.
Ukrainians should receive cashback for April at the end of May. These funds also need to be spent by June 30. Cashback payments for purchases made in May will take place in July.
Program users receive 5% or 15% compensation for purchasing Ukrainian-made goods. 5% cashback is credited for food products, auto goods, pharmaceutical products, and goods for the garden and vegetable plot. 15% cashback is provided for non-food items, including clothing, footwear, electronics, toys, goods for hobbies, leisure and repairs, as well as for certain food products — hard and soft cheeses, pasta, oat and buckwheat groats.
Accumulated funds can be spent on paying utility and postal services, purchasing food, medicines or Ukrainian-made medical devices, buying books or other printed materials, as well as on charity, including support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Anyone who wishes can join the program. To do this, you need to open a payment card with one of the partner banks, designate the cards used for purchases and give the bank permission to transfer information about transactions, and in the application “Diia” select the payment card for “National Cashback” payouts.
It is important that cashback is credited only for cashless payments for goods that participate in the program.
