After the scandals, Mykolaivvodokanal opened a hotline for reporting corruption
Appeals are accepted at dovira.vodokanal@gmail.com; verification is conducted by the security service together with the relevant departments, confidentiality and feedback are promised
In Mykolaiv, the municipal utility «Mykolaivvodokanal» announced the launch of a «trust line» for reporting possible violations and abuses at the enterprise; submissions are accepted via e‑mail.
The company explained that the new communication channel is intended to increase operational transparency and help promptly identify and prevent potential violations.
Information about instances of corruption, abuse of office, or other unlawful actions by employees can be sent to the e‑mail address: dovira.vodokanal@gmail.com.
Submissions will be considered regarding extortion or receipt of illicit benefits, use of the enterprise’s resources for private interests, intentional delaying of work completion, as well as other actions that may harm the enterprise or the quality of provided services.
Reports will be checked by the security service with the involvement of the relevant departments. The review period for submissions will be from 10 to 15 working days, after which, if possible, applicants will receive a response.
The enterprise assures the confidentiality of submissions and an impartial handling of each case.

At the same time, some employees expressed concerns about a possible collapse of the enterprise and its “sale for next to nothing”: employees of «Mykolaivvodokanal» reported an attempt to dismantle the enterprise.
