Declaration of Mykolaiv City Council Secretary Falk: 12 businesses, 1.5 million in dividends
The family declared housing for the children in Poland and Britain, agricultural facilities and warehouses totaling over 9,000 m², as well as gifts: 270,000 from the father and 3.55 million UAH for the daughter
The secretary of the Mykolaiv City Council, Dmytro Falko, filed the annual declaration for 2025, in which he listed a significant amount of real estate — from apartments to industrial complexes and agricultural ob’ects.
Real estate:
According to the declaration, the official owns several residential properties. In particular, he owns an apartment with an area of 178.5 sq. m in Mykolaiv, purchased in 2018 for 3.87 million UAH. He also owns an apartment of 77.5 sq. m, bought back in 2002 for 26.2 thousand UAH.
Additionally, the wife of Falko owns two apartments in Mykolaiv. The first has an area of 97.3 sq. m; the purchase price at the time of acquisition was 815 thousand UAH, the second is 99.2 sq. m, valued at 1 million 150 thousand 059 UAH. She also owns a residential house in the village of Balovne, its total area is 67.3 sq. m; the purchase price in 2006 was 68 thousand 534 UAH.
The actual place of residence is listed as the official’s mother’s residential house (623.9 sq. m), purchased in 2024 for 1 million 159 thousand UAH. The house is located on a land plot of 903 sq. m; its value is 37 thousand 400 UAH.
A significant part of the assets consists of land. The official owns five large land plots of 20,000 sq. m each, purchased in 2015–2016 and 2019; they are located in various villages of the Mykolaiv region. Their cost ranged from 28,716 to 53,300 UAH each. The city council secretary also owns four more modest land plots. Interestingly, in 2013 Falko bought a land plot in Mykolaiv with an area of 1,161 sq. m for only 882 UAH (this was the value on the date of acquisition of ownership).
In addition, Falko rents another large plot with an area of over 30,000 sq. m and another of 3,198 sq. m. A separate land plot of 1,000 sq. m is owned by his wife.
Among commercial real estate the declarant listed several large facilities. In particular, he owns a complex of buildings and structures (administrative and warehouse premises, technical boxes and other structures) with a total area of 1,257.2 sq. m valued at over 1.1 million UAH. The declaration also lists non-residential buildings with an area of 1,333.1 sq. m valued at 500 thousand UAH. Separately indicated is an agricultural facility — a grain storage facility with an area of 6,466.3 sq. m, the value of which is almost 4.8 million UAH. Additionally, the official owns a parking space of 17 sq. m, acquired in 2018 for 152.5 thousand UAH.
In addition to the above, the declaration lists a rented apartment where his daughter and her mother live in Poland, as well as a room rented by his eldest daughter in the United Kingdom.
Vehicles:
Besides real estate, the official declared vehicles. In particular, he owns a Mercedes-Benz S 500L, 2012, valued at 710.5 thousand UAH. He also owns a specialized trailer THIEL R563 (2009) valued at 73.7 thousand UAH, as well as a Suzuki Gemma motorcycle, 2008, assessed at 63.7 thousand UAH.
The declaration separately lists his wife’s vehicle — a Toyota C-HR Hybrid 2022, purchased in 2022 for 965.6 thousand UAH.
Corporate rights:
According to the declaration, Falko holds corporate rights in 12 companies, where he controls different shares of the charter capital – from 12% to 99%. The largest companies are «Термінал – Укрхарчозбутсировина», LLC «Зерно-Злато», LLC «Українські морські технології».
In the section on legal entities it is indicated that Dmytro Falko is one of the owners of companies in the Mykolaiv, Poltava and Chernihiv regions.
Income for 2025:
In 2025, one of Dmytro Falko‘s sources of income was his salary at the executive committee of the Mykolaiv City Council — 795,231 UAH, or slightly more than 66 thousand UAH per month. In addition, he received dividends — 1,495,032 UAH — and also income from tenants and bank interest. Also, Volodymyr Falko, presumably his father, gifted the city council secretary 270 thousand UAH, and to his daughter Oleksandra — 3,551,503 UAH.
Meanwhile, Dmytro Falko‘s wife received income from entrepreneurial activity — 267,056 UAH, as well as a secondary salary from LLC «Українські морські технології» — 240 thousand UAH. She also received income from bank interest and a gift from her husband — 250 thousand UAH. In addition, the family’s income includes alimony paid for the two sons of Yuliya Falko.
Cash assets:
Dmytro Falko holds in cash 450 thousand UAH, 10,000 US dollars, 20,000 euros. In the bank the official keeps 116,627 UAH and 1,501 US dollars.
Meanwhile, his wife keeps in cash 120 thousand UAH, 48,200 US dollars and 10,000 euros. In the bank she has 190,232 UAH and 4,808 US dollars.
