A man from Kyiv won one silicone breast from his ex in court
Love for the coffin didn't work out, but their love for the budget did — completely: the exes have even gone as far as getting implants
A fragment of a document has spread across social networks that could easily compete for the title of the most bizarre story about “division of assets”. It seems that after the end of the relationship the former partners reached a point where not only apartments, cars or household appliances are subject to accounting, but also a plastic surgery operation once paid from the joint pocket. And if feelings long ago left the chat, financial claims, on the contrary, feel quite confident.
From the text on the image it follows that 30.11.2016 the woman underwent breast endoprosthesis surgery. It cost 172 200 грн, which at the time equaled 6000 euros. And then, as often happens in stories about “great love”, the good old arithmetic took the stage: since the money was family money, someone decided they had the right to demand back at least part of what was invested.
Since nobody was literally going to “divide” the result of the surgery, the issue was translated into monetary terms. As a result, the excerpt states that one of the parties should receive compensation in the amount of 3000 euros, or 93 974,10 UAH. So love is love, but accounting, as practice shows, survives even divorce.
The primary source is the in absentia decision of the Solomyanskyi District Court of Kyiv in case No. 760/1150/22
