Not from April 1: the Ministry of Defense postponed the launch of the TCK reform, 90% of deferrals were extended through the Reserve+ system
They promise to show a phased plan after an internal audit of decisions; digital procedures are already operating without applications, certificates, or visits
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that the mobilization reform will not start on April 1, and its implementation plan will be presented later; details were published in the ministry’s Telegram message at this link.
Deputy Minister of Defense Yevhen Moisiuk informed about preparations for changes in the work of TCC and SP, noting that decisions are assessed for effectiveness and they are moving according to the approved schedule, and a public presentation of the steps will take place soon.
The TCC reform is a complex and multi-level issue that cannot be resolved with quick actions. A systemic, comprehensive approach is required. Every decision goes through an effectiveness test. Therefore, we are now moving according to the schedule. Soon we will begin publicly presenting concrete steps. It will be logical, transparent and technological. to strengthen the army
At the end of February Minister of Defense Mykhailo Fedorov reported working on a comprehensive mobilization reform; it was also noted then that through the “Reserve+” system 90% of deferments were automatically extended — without submitting applications, certificates, or visits to TCC.
