Millions in assets, a new apartment, a pension, cashback and dollars: Iryna Shamray's declaration
Sold the old, bought the new: how a Mykolaiv official's assets changed in 2025
The head of the Department of Health of the Mykolaiv City Council, Iryna Shamray, published her declaration for 2025, in which she disclosed her income, real estate, vehicle, and cash assets.
The document shows that last year the official updated her real estate. In March 2025 she became the owner of an apartment in Mykolaiv with an area of 56 square meters. The value of this property listed in the declaration is 1.3 million hryvnias. On the same day a parking space of 16.5 square meters was registered in her name, for which 162 thousand hryvnias were paid.
At the same time, during the reporting year Iryna Shamray disposed of other real estate. In particular, she sold an apartment in Mykolaiv, receiving 1,348,000 hryvnias, and also transferred an old parking space for 162 thousand hryvnias. These transactions were one of the largest components of her annual income.
Among the vehicles listed in the declaration is a Nissan Juke from 2014, which the official purchased back in 2019.
The most the year Iryna Shamray earned was from her main job at the city Department of Health — 765,190 hryvnias. In addition, she declared nearly 88,000 hryvnias in salary received from part-time work at City Children’s Hospital No.2, and 63,948 hryvnias in income from teaching at the Pylyp Orlyk International Classical University.
Separately, the declaration shows pension payments of 74,910 hryvnias, bank interest amounting to 2,517 hryvnias and 3,328 hryvnias received under the state cashback program ‘Made in Ukraine’.
The official also reported substantial savings. In cash she holds 50.5 thousand US dollars, 17 thousand euros and 200 thousand hryvnias. More than 165 thousand hryvnias and 310 US dollars are placed in accounts at PrivatBank.
