Two members of Mykolaivvodokanal’s supervisory board are in the register: the municipal utility called it an “Oscar”

In October 2026, two members of the supervisory board of Mykolaivvodokanal Municipal Enterprise were added to the National Register of Corporate Directors:

• Andrii Haidutskyi;
• Andrii Yefimov.

The company announced the news. The register was established by the Professional Association of Corporate Governance (PACG). It brings together certified executives with verified professional qualifications who can serve on supervisory boards.

According to the water utility, as of November 1, 2026, the register had 38 people, while there are several thousand corporate directors in Ukraine overall.

“Our colleagues, members of the supervisory board of Mykolaivvodokanal Municipal Enterprise, have effectively received an ‘Oscar’ in corporate governance and joined a select circle of recognized professionals in this field,” the company said.

For businesses, the list is intended to serve as a tool for selecting independent directors—experienced professionals with high ethical standards and a solid business reputation. For the professionals included, membership confirms their qualifications and experience as corporate directors.

“This confirms that Andrii Haidutskyi and Andrii Yefimov are committed to developing a corporate governance system to ensure the sustainable development of Mykolaivvodokanal,” the company added.
