Almost a million in seven months and 104,000 for housing: payments to the director of "Mykolaivvodokanal"
Monthly accruals to the manager increased from 122 to 169 thousand
Hennadiy Iziumov, who in February 2026 became head of the municipal enterprise “Mykolaivvodokanal”, was paid 990 thousand hryvnias in salary for seven months of work — up to and including August. Separately, the municipal enterprise compensated the director for housing rent in the total amount of 104 thousand hryvnias.
The amounts of the payments are provided in Mykolaivvodokanal‘s response to a request from Nikcenter.
Salary and allowances
At the time of his appointment the director’s monthly salary amounted to 73.6 thousand hryvnias, and from July it was increased to 95.7 thousand hryvnias. In total for this period the official salary reached 560 thousand hryvnias.
Additionally, the director was paid a monthly allowance for work intensity. Initially it amounted to 36.8 thousand hryvnias, and after the raise — 47.8 thousand hryvnias. The total amount of this allowance reached 279 thousand hryvnias.
He received another 46 thousand hryvnias as an allowance for working with classified information. As a result, the director’s monthly accruals during the specified period increased from 122 thousand to 169 thousand hryvnias.
In the previous year, 2025, managers of “Mykolaivvodokanal” were not paid the intensity allowance. The company’s response states that this payment appeared after the appointment of Hennadiy Iziumov.
Compensation for housing rent
In the first two months of work — February and March — the enterprise paid the director 12 thousand hryvnias per month for housing rent. From April the compensation increased to 16 thousand hryvnias.
Family income and savings
In Hennadiy Iziumov‘s declaration for the same year no personal housing is listed. Two apartments in occupied Mariupol belong to his wife, Iryna Iziumova. The director also declared a garage.
Before moving to “Mykolaivvodokanal” he worked at the British company Peak Converters Limited. From it Iziumov declared 913 thousand hryvnias in salary, and also 275 thousand hryvnias in pension.
His wife during that period received 963 thousand hryvnias in salary from the British company Alexey Morozov Bridal. The couple’s total annual income amounted to 2.16 million hryvnias.
Among his savings the director listed 50 thousand dollars in cash and 48 thousand pounds sterling in an account in the United Kingdom. His wife’s account held an additional 5 thousand pounds sterling.
