Russians attacked the Mykolaiv region with all types of drones and a cruise missile

Throughout September 1 and the morning of September 2, 2026, Russian forces attacked Mykolaiv Oblast with strike drones of the “Shahed” type. This is stated in the report as of 07:00 on September 2.

In the Mykolaiv district the enemy used a “Molniya” type UAV and attacked the Ochakiv community four times with FPV drones. According to available information, people were not injured.

During the day Russian forces fired a cruise missile of the “Banderol” type at the territory of the Stepivska community.

Also during the day the Kutsurubska community came under attack: the enemy struck it with an FPV drone. There were no casualties.
