On August 24, "Mykolaivpastrans" will transport passengers wearing vyshyvankas free of charge

On Monday, 24 August, on Ukraine’s Independence Day the municipal enterprise «Mykolaivpastrans» will hold a traditional event for passengers. The company’s press service reported this.

All passengers wearing a Ukrainian vyshyvanka will be able to use Mykolaivpastrans buses free of charge.

The enterprise explained that the initiative aims to support Ukrainian traditions and culture, and also help create a special festive atmosphere in Mykolaiv for Independence Day.

City residents are urged to join the event on 24 August and spend the festive day in vyshyvankas.
