Three women were selected as winners of the competition for the supervisory board of "Mykolaiv Electrotrans" in Mykolaiv
The council's final composition will be approved by members of the city council
In Mykolaiv, the competition commission has completed the selection of independent members of the supervisory board of the municipal enterprise ‘Mykolaivelektrotrans’. The winners of the competition were Viktoriia Ogryza, Maryana Yashna, and Nadiia Vasylyeva.
Three winners will be recommended to the deputies of the Mykolaiv City Council for approval. Two other members of the future supervisory board — representatives of the enterprise owner — will be delegated by the mayor’s order. The full composition of five members must be approved by the city council’s decision at a session.
Contest participants went through two selection stages: evaluation of submitted documents against the criteria and interviews with the top ten candidates, formed based on the results of a point-based ranking.

The establishment of the supervisory board of the municipal enterprise ‘Mykolaivelektrotrans’ was called an important step towards modern corporate governance and more efficient operation of the enterprise.
