Mykolaiv rowers won five medals at the Ukrainian Championships

The athletes of the SDYUSSHOR for rowing sports represented the Mykolaiv region at the Ukrainian rowing championships and won five medals.

The competitions took place in Kyiv from July 30 to August 2. Two Ukrainian championships were held simultaneously — among younger boys and girls under 15 years, and among boys and girls under 17 years.

Mykolaiv rowers took the following places:

• Alisa Ivanchenko — 2nd place in the 8+ class;
• Makar Lebedev — 3rd place in the 1x class;
• Artem Huliaiev — 3rd place in the 8+ class;
• Artem Sorochynskyi — 3rd place in the 8+ class;
• Kostyantyn Hodunko — 3rd place in the 8+ class.

The athletes were coached by Khrystyna Poddubna and Olena Halysh.
