Three killed, children among those rescued: Odesa hit by a new missile strike
Fifth day of mass attacks on the Odesa region: fatalities and injuries reported
For the fifth day in a row Russian forces are carrying out massive combined missile-and-drone attacks on Odesa region. The enemy is striking residential, industrial and port infrastructure, the Odesa Regional Military Administration reported on July 15, 2026.
In Odesa, as a result of a missile strike a multi-storey residential building was damaged. Three people were killed, at least three others were injured and are receiving medical care. Rescuers freed three residents, among them two children. A non-residential building and a gas pipeline were also damaged, which caused a fire. The blaze has already been extinguished.
As a result of the attack a single-story building, a finished-goods warehouse of a manufacturing enterprise and cargo trucks were also damaged. Fires at these sites were extinguished. In southern Odesa region an enemy drone damaged the operator’s booth of a gas station. No fire broke out.
Rescuers, law enforcement and utility services are working at the strike sites. There is currently no information about other dead or injured.
