The Central District Court of Mykolaiv found a serviceman of one of the departments of the Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (RTCC&S) guilty of negligent attitude to service and imposed a fine in the amount of 17 000 hryvnias; the violations occurred at the end of March — beginning of April 2026 during the notification of citizens.
