War: Russian forces once again used multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS), striking the Mykolaiv district

As of 07:00 27 June 2026 Russian forces again attacked the Mykolaiv district. The Kutsurub community, which regularly comes under fire due to its proximity to the temporarily occupied Kinburn Spit, was hit by enemy fire.

Details of the enemy attack were reported in the morning briefing of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

During 26 June the enemy struck the territory of the Kutsurub community. According to preliminary information, Russian occupiers used a multiple-launch rocket system. In the Kutsurub community, the enemy strike ignited a wheat field and dry grass in an open area. The fire area amounted to 10 ha.

No one was injured as a result of the shelling.
