Military personnel in СЗЧ can return to service through "Armiya+": how the mechanism works
The simplified program is valid only until September 20, 2026
The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has set the timeframes and procedure for reinstating service members who have the status of unauthorized departure from their unit. To return to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including units of the Ground Forces, you can use the application “Armiya+”, go directly through the chosen military unit, or use a recruitment center.
The Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on the mechanism.
The simplified return program took effect on 12 June 2026 and will run until 20 September 2026.
It can be used by service members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, and the State Special Transport Service whose unauthorized departure was recorded on or before 12 June 2026.
The report is reviewed within 7 days. After it is approved, the service member is given 5 days to arrive at the chosen unit.
In the section “Army ID” the status “En route” appears. It must be shown to representatives of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support centers (TCC and SS), the Military Law Enforcement Service, or the police if the service member is stopped on the way.
You can also return directly through the military unit. After submitting a report, the service member is enrolled as temporarily arrived personnel and food rations are reinstated. The verification of information takes up to 7 days.
Another option is to apply through the 1st Recruitment Center of the Ground Forces. After the report is approved, they issue a paper order that is valid for 5 days and confirms participation in the return program after unauthorized departure.
If the service member has already been removed from the rolls of the previous unit, upon arrival they are enrolled into the new unit the same day with restoration of pay and other forms of support.
If they have not yet been removed from the previous unit’s rolls, only food rations are restored initially. Payments and other support will be reinstated after an order is issued to enroll them into the personnel.
