Senkevych: Mykolaiv lacks funds for housing and communal services

У Mykolaiv в департаменті житлово-комунального господарства the volumes of funding have decreased та кількість реалізованих проєктів. Про це міський голова Oleksandr Senkevych заявив під час апаратної наради May 11 2026 року.

За словами мера, це питання він порушував під час зустрічі з Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko та представниками уряду.

“In the Department of Housing and Communal Services the amount of money has decreased and the number of projects has decreased. I raised this issue at a meeting with the Prime Minister and representatives of the entire Cabinet of Ministers. The Prime Minister heard about this for the first time. That’s how our letters from Mykolaiv get through. But the main thing is that she took it up”, – заявив Senkevych.

Міський голова також повідомив, що ситуацію з бюджетним фінансуванням нині обговорюють із міністром фінансів Serhii Marchenko. За словами Senkevych, Міністерство фінансів перевіряє використання коштів міського бюджету.

“We are working on this issue with Serhii Mykhailovych Marchenko. He reported that the Ministry of Finance is checking our budget, the use of budget funds – whether we are simply “beggars”, or whether there really is not enough money. And they will provide feedback in the near future”, – said the mayor.

Окремо Oleksandr Senkevych звернувся до департаменту ЖКГ із закликом активніше контролювати фінансову діяльність підприємств, які йому підпорядковані.

“I would like the Department of Housing and Communal Services to step up oversight of the use of financial resources of the subordinate enterprises that report to the department,” – he added.
