March egg exports — a 5-year record: 216 million eggs worth $24 million, leading importer Spain
For the first quarter: 579.5 million units and $66 million, year-over-year growth — +17% in volume and +74% in revenue; among the major buyers — the United Kingdom, Poland, and Israel
In March 2026 Ukrainian producers exported to foreign markets 216.2 million eggs for 24 million dollars — this is the highest monthly result in the last 5 years.
As reported by the Union of Poultry Farmers of Ukraine, compared with February 2026 the physical volume of exports increased by 23%, and compared with March 2025 — by 25%. For the same month foreign-currency revenue exceeded last year’s figure by 57%.
For the first quarter of 2026 Ukraine shipped abroad 579.5 million eggs, receiving 66 million dollars in revenue.
Dynamics in January–March demonstrate acceleration: the physical volumes of exports rose by 17%, while cash receipts jumped by 74% versus the same period last year.
The largest destination country was Spain with a share of 26.1%. Also among the key importers were the United Kingdom with 13.1%, Poland — 11.7%, and Israel accounted for 8.3% of deliveries.
