Общественное пространство без «русского мира»: принято показательное решение
Российская музыка, книги и фильмы под запретом: Полтава защищает украинское пространство
Депутаты Полтавского городского совета приняли решение о запрете русскоязычного культурного продукта в публичных пространствах громады. Об этом 1 июня 2026 года сообщили в Уполномоченного по защите государственного языка.
Как указано в документе, решение разработали из необходимости защиты украинского информационного пространства от гибридных воздействий государства-агрессора. Речь идет о попытках России помешать укреплению национальной идентичности, сохранению украинской культуры, традиций, обычаев и исторической памяти. Ограничения будут действовать в транспорте, заведениях общественного питания и культуры, торговых площадках, а также в других публичных местах. Фактически речь идет о пространствах, где русскоязычный контент может звучать или демонстрироваться не для частного пользования, а для широкой аудитории.
В частности, решение предусматривает запрет публичного использования русскоязычных книг, музыкальных произведений, фильмов, театральных постановок, концертных программ, культурно-образовательных мероприятий и т.д. В военное время такие решения имеют не только культурное, но и значение для безопасности. Российский контент годами был частью «мягкой силы» Кремля, через которую навязывались чужие смыслы, зависимость от российского информационного пространства и обесценивание украинской идентичности.
На фоне полномасштабной войны, ежедневных обстрелов украинских городов и гибели людей из-за российской агрессии, публичное использование культурного продукта страны-агрессора все чаще вызывает возмущение в обществе. Полтава этим решением фактически закрепила на местном уровне требование: публичное пространство должно работать на Украину, а не на российское влияние.
