Three fires in one day in Mykolaiv region: homeowner taken to hospital

Over the past 24 hours, Mykolaiv region firefighters extinguished three fires, two of which occurred in residential areas. In Bashtanka, the homeowner was injured in a fire and taken to hospital.

Firefighters put out the following fires in residential areas:

• In Bashtanka, an extension to a residential building caught fire. The fire covered an area of 30 sq. m.
• In Pervomaisk, a sofa caught fire in a private house.

In Pervomaisk district, firefighters also extinguished dry grass and rubbish burning in the open.

The causes of all the fires are still being investigated.
