Parking in Mykolaiv Will Now Be Paid for Differently

In Mykolaiv, the UNIP service will be used to pay for parking. The “Mykolaiv Digital” app is no longer used for such payments and cannot be used to pay for parking. Starting October 20, 2026, information signs at the city’s parking areas will begin to be updated.

On the new signs, drivers will find two QR codes with different functions:

• For quick payment: scan the code with your smartphone camera, open the link, and pay for parking online.
• To download the UNIP app: it is available on Google Play and the App Store, and lets you use the parking service on your smartphone.

You can start the payment process using one of the following methods:

• Through the unip.com.ua website — no registration is required. To proceed to payment, scan the quick-payment QR code on the information sign.
• Through the UNIP app — download it and register. Then select the parking area where you left your car.

The following steps are the same for both methods:

1. Enter your car’s license plate number and check it for errors. If the license plate is a special type, move the slider above the active number-entry field.
2. Set the desired parking duration, then check the cost and end time.
3. Tap the “Pay for parking” button and follow the service’s prompts.
4. Wait for a message confirming successful payment.

Before paying, drivers should check the car’s license plate number, the selected parking area, and the parking duration. When making a payment, keep in mind that “Mykolaiv Digital” is no longer used for this purpose.
