An unknown assailant stabbed a serviceman at a military recruitment center in the Odesa region
The attacker fled, the combat veteran's condition is stable
Today, 26 September, in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi an unknown person stabbed a serviceman of the district TCC and SP. The attack occurred while the serviceman was taking part in alert measures, the Odesa Regional TCC and SP reported.
After the stabbing the attacker fled. The injured man was taken to a medical facility where he received the necessary care. His condition is stable; he remains under medical supervision.
The wounded serviceman is a combat veteran. He had previously been wounded defending Ukraine at the front, after which he was transferred for further service to the TCC and SP.
Law enforcement are identifying the attacker and searching for him to detain. The Odesa Regional TCC and SP urged citizens to comply with the law and to refrain from unlawful actions against servicemembers and representatives of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
