Six wins — and gold: Mykolaiv native Tymofii Khimoroda became the Ukrainian judo champion
The athlete competed in the under-42-kilogram weight class

In Lutsk from September 17 to 19 the Ukrainian Judo Championship took place among boys and girls aged under 15 years. More than 600 athletes from various parts of Ukraine competed for medals.
Mykolaiv representative Tymofiy Khimoroda became the champion in the weight category up to 42 kg. On his way to the gold medal the young judoka won all six bouts.
The athlete is coached by two trainers:

- Yevhen Deinega
