A Su-24 at the Saky airfield was struck along with fuel depots and UAV facilities

15 September and the night of 16 September the Defense Forces carried out strikes on a number of important military targets of the Russian forces. Among the targets were an aircraft, strike UAV infrastructure, an ammunition depot, fuel storage sites, and reconnaissance posts. The General Staff reported the results of the strikes on 16 September.

Damage was confirmed at the following facilities:

• at the airfield in Saky in temporarily occupied Crimea — a Russian Su-24 aircraft. The extent of its damage is still being determined;
• near Donetsk — a site where Russian forces stored, prepared, and launched strike UAVs;
• in Staromlynivka and Pokrovsk in Donetsk Oblast, as well as in Pokrovske in Zaporizhia Oblast — control points for Russian drones;
• in Dovzhansk Luhansk Oblast — an ammunition depot;
• in Rovenky Luhansk Oblast and Berdiansk Zaporizhia Oblast — fuel and lubricants storage facilities;
• in Suvorove and Rysove in occupied Crimea — posts of the “Grenader” technical reconnaissance systems.
