Mykolaiv is preparing major repairs for seven buildings damaged by shelling

In Mykolaiv, preparations are beginning for the major repair of 7 apartment buildings damaged as a result of enemy shelling. A technical assessment and project documentation must be prepared for each site.

The Mykolaiv City Council, together with the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine and with the participation of the World Bank, has signed the first contract of the 9 planned procurements. The work is being carried out under the project “Housing Repair for Restoring People’s Rights and Opportunities (HOPE)”.

The winner of the procurement was the joint venture “Housing Restoration NORE”, which includes:

• LLC “Anstroy Proekt”;
• LLC “Architectural and Design Firm “Modulor””;
• LLC “Proektdormisttekhnologiya”;
• Individual entrepreneur Ichetovkin A. O.;
• Individual entrepreneur Romanov D. Yu..
