Transformer oil was purchased for the Mykolaiv region with the support of Denmark

Ukrainian regions this week received equipment to restore and strengthen energy infrastructure worth more than €1.8 million. The assistance arrived from international partners through the Energy Support Fund of Ukraine.

As reported by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, transformer oil was purchased for the Mykolaiv Oblast with the support of Denmark.

Other regions also received energy equipment:

• with funds from the United Kingdom, transformers were purchased for the Kharkiv Oblast;
• with the support of the European Union, equipment was received by Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Odesa Oblasts;
• for the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, energy equipment components were purchased with funds from Germany.

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine thanked the United Kingdom, the European Union, Denmark, Germany and other international partners for supporting Ukraine’s energy sector.

Earlier the ministry noted that the power system of Ukraine withstood record heat without outages.
