In Mykolaiv, a Citroen Jumper and a Hyundai Sonata collided: the driver was hospitalized
The police are investigating the circumstances of a traffic accident on Central Avenue
Today, 8 August, at approximately 13:35 on Tsentralnyi Avenue in the area of building No 116, a collision occurred between a Citroen Jumper, driven by a 37-year-old driver, and a Hyundai Sonata, which was driven by a 34-year-old man.
As a result of the road traffic accident, the driver of the Hyundai Sonata was hospitalized with bodily injuries.
Police are currently investigating all circumstances of the accident.
Investigators have preliminarily classified the incident as a criminal offense under part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, “Violation of traffic safety rules or the operation of transport by persons operating vehicles.” The article’s penalty provides for punishment of up to three years’ restriction of liberty.
