Administration established, head appointed: changes in Mykolaiv region

In Mykolaiv Oblast, the Pivdennoukrainska city military administration of the Voznesensk district was established.

The corresponding Decree of the President of Ukraine No.573/2026 “On the Establishment of a Military Administration” is dated 2 July 2026.

According to the document, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration have been instructed to carry out the measures prescribed by law related to the formation of the military administration. The head of the newly formed Pivdennoukrainska city military administration has been appointed Ivan Vasylovych Kukhta. The corresponding Order of the President of Ukraine No.78/2026-rp was also signed on 2 July 2026. The decree and the order came into force on the day they were published.
