A man filmed under a schoolgirl’s skirt in central Mykolaiv
The incident occurred at around 12:00 on May 29 at the corner of Spaska and Soborna
In the centre of Mykolaiv an unknown man photographed under the skirt of a minor — the incident occurred on 29 May at around 12:00 on a busy street, and the police have already responded to the report and are searching for the offender.
The incident was reported on Instagram by a resident of Mykolaiv, noting that it happened at the intersection of Spaska and Soborna streets while her daughter was buying flowers, and friends were nearby.
“An unknown man approached her, turned on the camera on his phone and began taking photos up her skirt. The boys reacted instantly — they demanded that he delete the photos and defended the child. After that the man began to run away, but unfortunately they were unable to catch him,” — the resident wrote.
She thanked the teenagers for their concern and prompt intervention, which made it possible to stop the perpetrator’s actions and inform the adults.
In the comments under the post, the official account of the Mykolaiv Oblast police reported that law enforcement officers have already registered the report and started an inquiry.
“Police Department No. 1 of the Mykolaiv District Police Department has registered a report about the indicated incident. The perpetrator’s hooligan actions fall under both administrative and criminal liability. Currently, the police are establishing the offender’s identity and whereabouts in order to hold him accountable,” — the official account of the Mykolaiv Oblast police reported.
Law enforcement urged witnesses of the incident to provide any information that might help identify the man who fled the scene.
