Across the country, 620 attacks on territorial recruitment centers (TRCs): in Mykolaiv region — 29, in 2025 there were a record 341, in 2026 already 118
As a result of the attacks, three servicemen of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) and one civilian were killed, and nine others were wounded
In Ukraine, as of April 12, 620 attacks on personnel of the territorial centers for recruitment and social support have been recorded since the start of the martial law introduced on February 24, 2022.
reported the Kyiv Regional territorial center for recruitment and social support on April 16.
The most incidents were recorded in Kharkiv region — 69, in Kyiv — 53, in Dnipropetrovsk region — 45.
In other regions the figures are: Volyn — 39, Lviv — 37, Odesa — 36, Chernihiv — 34, Khmelnytskyi — 30, Mykolaiv and Rivne — 29 each, Cherkasy and Poltava — 26 each, Kyiv region — 24, Ivano-Frankivsk — 22, Zaporizhzhia — 20, Ternopil — 17, Vinnytsia and Zakarpattia — 16 each, Chernivtsi — 15, Zhytomyr — 14, Sumy and Kirovohrad — 11 each. One case has been registered in Kherson region.
According to the police, the trend is increasing annually: in 2022 there were 5 cases, in 2023 — 38, in 2024 — 118, in 2025 — already 341. Since the beginning of 2026, another 118 incidents have been added.
The consequences of these attacks are tragic: three servicemen of the territorial centers for recruitment and social support have died (two in 2025 and one in 2026). One civilian also died, and nine others were injured.
