Over the past 24 hours — 44 missiles and 659 drones: air defenses shot down 31 missiles and neutralized 636; strikes at 26 locations

Over the past day, a massive air attack was carried out across the territory of Ukraine: 44 missiles were launched and 659 strike drones were used. The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported shooting down 31 missiles and neutralizing 636 drones, while impacts and falling debris were recorded in many locations.

By missile types: 19 launches of ballistic Iskander-M/S-400 were recorded, of which 8 were destroyed; 20 Kh-101 cruise missiles were launched, 19 of which were shot down; and 5 Iskander-K cruise missiles, of which air defense eliminated 4.

In addition, the enemy used 659 strike drones of various types, of which 636 were shot down by Ukrainian air defenses or suppressed by electronic warfare means.

The consequences of the attack are being established: confirmed hits of 12 missiles and 20 drones in 26 locations, as well as falling debris on 25 other sites.

The air defense operation continues; several enemy drones are still in the sky.
