The two largest Russian ports on the Baltic Sea, Ust-Luga and Primorsk, have stopped loading oil and petroleum products after being attacked by Ukrainian drones. This was reported by the agency Reuters.

According to the agency, these events are among the most serious blows to Russia’s oil exports since the start of the war. This could lead to increased instability in the global oil market.

Primorsk plays a key role in the export of Urals-grade oil and diesel fuel, and together with Ust-Luga these ports ship tens of millions of tonnes of petroleum products annually.
