A warehouse and two hectares of dry grass were burning in Mykolaiv region

Over the past day in Mykolaiv region rescuers extinguished two fires. The larger blaze occurred in the Kobleve Territorial Community of Mykolaiv District: the fire engulfed a warehouse premises of 450 sq. m and 2 ha of dry grass.

The fire was jointly suppressed by rescuers and firefighters of the local fire brigades “Kobleve” and “Rybakivka”. The total area of the blaze exceeded 2 ha.

Another minor fire was extinguished in the city of Pervomaisk, where garbage burned in an open area. No one was injured in either incident. The causes of the fires are being determined.
