In Mykolaiv, a man beat and bit an acquaintance: the court imposed an 850-hryvnia fine

Inhulskyi District Court of Mykolaiv imposed a fine of 850 hryvnias on a man for beating an acquaintance. This information is contained in the court verdict.
During the conflict the man inflicted on the woman at least 20 blows with his hands and feet, and also bit her. As a result of the attack the victim suffered minor bodily injuries.
The defendant pleaded guilty. The court took into account his positive references, his disability, Group III, his status as a war veteran and the fact that he is supporting two minor children.
The man was found guilty under part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and was sentenced to a fine of 850 hryvnias.
Earlier, residents of Yuzhnoukrainsk were detained in the Mykolaiv region. They are suspected of the illegal sale of weapons, ammunition and explosive materials.
