In Mykolaiv, a fire engulfed about 2 hectares of dry vegetation, shrubs, and trees

In Mykolaiv, firefighters are engaged in extinguishing a large-scale fire of dry vegetation, shrubs, and trees covering approximately 2 ha.

Due to gusty winds, there is a risk of further spread of the fire. The situation is currently under control.

Heavy smoke is hindering vehicular traffic on the adjacent road. Police are ensuring road safety.

The situation is being monitored from the air using UAVs. Forestry workers are also involved in extinguishing the fire.
