In the past 24 hours in Mykolaiv Oblast, 30 fires occurred; a man sustained burns
In Lotskyne, a landowner was hospitalized after trying to put out a fire
26 July and during the night of 27 July in the Mykolaiv region 30 fires were recorded. In one of them a man suffered burns and was hospitalized.
Only 4 fires were not related to dry vegetation. In the region outbuildings, a residential house and 2 vehicles burned.
26 more fires occurred in ecosystems. Dry grass, shrubs, rubbish and crop residues burned.
In several cases the fire spread to private properties.
In the garden association «Pivnyky» in the village of Lotskyne of Bashtanka district the owner of one of the plots tried to extinguish the fire himself. The man sustained burns and was hospitalized.
The total area of all fires exceeded 14 hectares. Firefighters saved from destruction 7 residential houses and 1 outbuilding.
