The number of people injured in Mykolaiv has risen to five — Kim on the consequences of the Russian Federation's strike

In Mykolaiv the number of people injured as a result of the Russian strike on 12 June 2026 rose to 5 people. All the wounded are in moderate condition.

This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim on the air of the TV channel “My-Ukraine”.

According to him, Russian forces attacked Mykolaiv and the region throughout the day, and drones hovered over the city for a long time, effectively choosing a target for the strike.

Vitaliy Kim described the consequences of the attack on Mykolaiv and reported that residential buildings, cars and a transport enterprise were damaged.

“The Russians terrorized the city and the region all day. Drones circled over the city for more than 30 minutes and picked their target. As a result of the strike 14 buildings were damaged, a lot of cars and a transport enterprise”.

Earlier it was reported that Russian forces attacked Mykolaiv with drones, and the city’s transport infrastructure was hit. A fire broke out at the site, which was extinguished by rescuers from the State Emergency Service (SES).
