They are controlled by a non-human intelligence: a US Navy admiral revealed the whole truth about UFOs

Radar and sonar data recorded craft that instantly enter the water — so the search for UAP should shift to the hydrosphere

Retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral and former head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Tim Gallaudet said that Earth is being visited by a “non-human intelligence” with technologies beyond humanity’s reach, and his account of an incident during exercises off the U.S. East Coast came after the publication of an OutKick piece on the Fox News platform.

According to the admiral, the turning point in attitudes toward unexplained phenomena occurred during large-scale maneuvers with a carrier strike group led by the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt off the U.S. East Coast, when, while heading the Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command and having access to a secure government network, he received an urgent message marked as a critical flight safety threat.

Attached to the message was the well-known video titled Go Fast, recorded by the thermal imager of an F/A-18 Super Hornet, and the fleet operations officer asked to explain the nature of the object and warned that pilots had nearly collided with it during the maneuvers.

The footage showed an object skimming the water at very low altitude and insane speed, performing maneuvers incompatible with known aerodynamic laws, with no wings, visible engines, or heat trail, and the very next day both the message and the video file disappeared from the Navy’s secure server with no explanation or further discussion.

Gallaudet’s statements coincided with the Pentagon, under public pressure and new legislative mandates, beginning to officially declassify and gradually publish materials on anomalous unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), and the first batch includes dozens of video and audio recordings from surveillance sensors around the world — from the waters around Japan to areas near Syria.

Among these materials are service testimonies of an intelligence operator who, while patrolling in a helicopter, approached a large “glowing sphere” hovering over the ground, after which the object instantly accelerated and four more balls flared nearby; other files describe a giant football-like object maneuvering in the sky over the East China Sea.

“Without metadata, a full independent analysis is impossible, which means true transparency so far remains only a façade,” said Admiral Tim Gallaudet.

As an oceanography specialist, Gallaudet insists researchers should focus more on the depths of the ocean: if a “non-human intelligence” is already present on Earth, its base could be the hydrosphere, since the oceans are explored only 5–10% and remain an almost perfect refuge, inaccessible to outside eyes.

The American naval admiral Gallaudet said in recent interviews that during his service he received numerous radar and sonar reports of so-called transmedium craft that transition from air to water without deceleration, and he hinted at a multi-decade concealment of these facts since the Roswell incident and the existence of deeply classified Legacy Programs studying wreckage and even intact craft of non-human origin.

According to the admiral, the recorded objects are capable of instantly changing their medium of motion without signs of deceleration or a shock wave in the water, which goes beyond what modern 21st century science considers possible. The characteristics of these craft indicate not just external observation, but the ability to influence and control the space around us.

Gallaudet also emphasizes the scale of secrecy: in his view, information has been concealed for more than 80 years — since the events in Roswell. He speaks of “heritage programs” with access to surviving fragments and allegedly intact non-human craft. That people at the level of directors of national intelligence and former deputy defense secretaries are now openly speaking about this, the admiral believes, indicates that keeping the secret within the “deep state” is becoming increasingly difficult.

Still, important questions remain unanswered. Why these objects show interest specifically in oceans and seas, what goals they pursue, and how they apply their technologies — Gallaudet admits he currently has no convincing explanations.

“I know they are here. But I don’t know what they want,” Gallaudet admits.

Meanwhile, skeptics link anomalous observations to tests of secret Chinese drones or to optical effects, but combat pilots continue to record objects moving at speeds of tens of Mach and performing maneuvers unattainable for known aviation. In the end, the old paradigm is breaking down, and it will likely soon be necessary to acknowledge a reality in which humanity is not the only — and by far not the most advanced — intelligence on this planet.
