U.S. Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll, during a session of the U.S. Congress, said that the technological solutions implemented by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to counter Russian aggression have already noticeably changed the approach to waging modern war.

His remarks were reported by American media, including Clash Report, emphasizing that the focus was on the innovations of the Ukrainian military and their impact on the course of hostilities.

The official added that he draws such conclusions not from hearsay: during a trip to Kyiv he had lengthy conversations with representatives of the Ukrainian leadership and personally studied the situation.

“I was in Kyiv, I spent a lot of time with representatives of the Ukrainian leadership. They have fundamentally changed how people take part in conflicts”

“I publicly state that we learn a lot from them and are absorbing many lessons they have given us”

Journalists also note that Driscoll is considered a political ally of U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance, and his influence in President Donald Trump’s administration has noticeably increased recently.
