More than 27,000 visitors and 12,000 services in a year: what the new CNAP has meant for the Korabelnyi district
What did the first year of the renovated service center in a remote district of Mykolaiv show?
As reported by the April 9, 2026 Mykolaiv City Council, during the first year of operation of the CNAP, renewed after repairs, of the Korabelnyi District it was visited by over 27 thousand people, and the number of services provided exceeded 12 thousand. For one of the largest and at the same time most remote districts of the city, this effectively represented a transition from a limited format to a full-fledged service space.
Before the updated unit opened, only remote workstations for administrators operated here, which narrowed the range of services and often forced residents to turn to other districts. The full CNAP in the district administration building at Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 314 was opened after repairs on April 4, 2025. It was reported then that 14 workstations were arranged here in an open-space format, and the space itself was made barrier-free and inclusive.
The renovation of the premises was carried out at the expense of the Mykolaiv budget, and furniture and equipment for the unit were provided by UNDP with financial support from Denmark.
The city administration emphasizes that the opening of the full-fledged center has genuinely improved access to administrative services for residents of the Korabelnyi District.
Appointments at the Korabelnyi District CNAP are available both through the online queue on the city council’s website and directly at the center at Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 314.
